Maurice has a wealth of experience and expertise in the pensions area having spent 23 years with Irish Pensions Trust and Mercer where he became Chief Executive Officer and worldwide partner in 2005. He also carried out a variety of senior roles including leader of the Retirement and Actuarial Consulting business and head of Client Development. 

Throughout his career, Maurice has provided consulting and actuarial advice to many large multinational and indigenous private and public sector companies and has built up an in-depth knowledge of the issues faced by companies and trustees in providing pensions.  Maurice also holds a Scheme Actuary practising certificate.

Maurice is a Council Member and Chairman of the Irish Association of Pension Funds and is a former Council Member of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland.
